  1. Public Voting Press Conference
    1. Details of the public voting for the Awards will be announced at the Public Voting Press Conference to be held on Saturday, 22 February 2025 at the Sha Tin New Town Plaza.
  2. Public Voting
    1. Public voting will be conducted from 10 February to 9 March 2025. Detailed information and nominees’ profiles will be posted on the Cathay 2024 Hong Kong Sports Stars Awards official website (https://sportstar2024.hkolympic.org).
    2. SF&OC staff members are not allowed to vote. Voting of such will be deemed invalid.
  3. Awards Presentation Ceremony
    1. Results of the Awards will be announced at the Awards Presentation Ceremony to be held on 17 April 2025 at the Grand Hall, 3/F, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
    2. Ceremony details will be announced in due course.
  4. The Organizer reserves all rights to interpret/ amend the rules and regulations, nomination of additional athletes/ teams/ sports combinations, as well as to maintain the final decision on the results.
